Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
  2. Lead and support the implementation of our paid marketing strategies to drive awareness, leads, app downloads and revenue growth
  3. Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
  4. Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific reports, Google Analytics and Tableau
  5. Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
  6. Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all Marketing channels
  7. Work with the Content Strategist & creative team to craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
  9. Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Minimum Requirements:
  1. +8 Years’ experience in B2B & B2C Performance Marketing.
  2. Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  3. Experience with Appsflyer and Tableau a plus
  4. Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred
  5. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
  6. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  7. Thorough understanding of mobile attribution
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  9. Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
  10. Extremely data-driven and detail-oriented
  11. Analytical skills; ability to interpret data and insight to drive improvement.
