Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Paid Media Lead to plan, deploy, and optimize multi‑platform campaigns. You will work beyond simple live campaigns, shaping the funnel, and driving high‑quality leads through nurture to sales handoff.

You’ll own both technical craft (structure, bidding, tracking) and strategic craft (funnel design, audience growth, cross‑channel orchestration). A hands‑on role with no direct reports, requiring strong creative and analytical instincts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience across multiple platforms.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with multiple platforms (Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, programmatic).
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and integration with nurture and sales.
• Creative instinct with ad copy, hooks, and concept development.
• Proven lead acquisition and audience expansion skills.
• Expert in conversion tracking and GA4.
• Experience building custom audiences, lookalikes and account-based targeting.
• Structured A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
• Comfort with dashboards and data extraction.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plan campaign architecture across platforms with funnel intent and audience logic.
• Develop lead acquisition strategies and test new platforms and formats.
• Design retargeting and lifecycle audiences aligned with email nurture and content offers.
• Collaborate with marketing to qualify leads for sales handoff.
• Contribute to ad concepts and copy in collaboration with creative resources.
• Build and launch campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and more.
• Set up audience targeting, including custom audiences and lookalikes.
• Own bid strategy and budget pacing across campaigns.
• Manage assets, naming conventions, UTMs, and conversion tracking.
• Run A/B tests and report on performance; optimize budget allocation.
• Pull data and share insights with the team.
