Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Campaign Performance Manager to own and optimize paid media and SEO campaigns across multiple client portfolios. You will deliver high-quality leads, measurable ROI, and tightly aligned funnel structures while respecting client budgets and database integrations.

Qualifications

Experience executing end-to-end paid media strategies for multiple clients.
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Mailchimp.
Ability to analyze funnels, optimize campaigns, and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage cross-platform campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Develop and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Map lead funnels, manage Mailchimp databases, and automate email nurture sequences.
Track campaign spends and optimize ROI without exceeding budgets.
Audit metrics daily and weekly; optimize demographics, creatives, and email flows.
Produce analytics reports tracking CPL, CTR, organic traffic, ROI, and funnel progression.
