Qualifications

• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Experience with outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for record keeping and pipeline updates.

Responsibilities

• Source and research target accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
