Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book qualified discovery calls.

As part of a remote, full-time team in South Africa, you will maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, test messaging, and continuously improve targeting with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
