Placements24 is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist to oversee oral solid dosage production in East London, Eastern Cape. You will lead manufacturing operations, troubleshoot processes, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring GMP compliance and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma manufacturing, with experience on granulators, fluid bed dryers, tablet presses, and coating lines. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical technology, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive pharma manufacturing experience, with SOLID dosage form focus.
• Strong GMP knowledge and experience with FDA/pharma regulations and QA/QC collaboration.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations for oral solid dosage forms (granulation, compression, coating, packaging).
• Lead CAPA and continuous improvement projects to boost yield and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOPs; maintain batch records and documentation.
• Mentor operators and align with QA, QC, and Engineering teams.
