The consultant will lead support and enhancement configurations, ensuring compliance with UK statutory payroll processes. Strong analytical skills and experience in Fast Formulas are required. This is a hybrid position located in South Africa, Gauteng, Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in UK Payroll.
• Experience in statutory compliance with UK HMRC requirements.
• Strong understanding of UK tax laws and statutory leave policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead support and enhancement configurations of Oracle Cloud Payroll and Absence Management modules.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll elements and absence plans.
• Ensure statutory compliance with UK HMRC requirements.
