Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational performance in line with client SLA and internal KPI targets.
• Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Lead and develop warehousing staff; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Plan, organise, and monitor inbound/outbound activities and returns processes.
