Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a Diploma or equivalent in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain, or 5+ years warehousing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS – Cargo-Write.
• 3 years experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• 5+ years Operations experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational performance in line with client SLA.
• Maintain internal KPI's.
• Identify and implement improvements for productivity and cost savings.
• Manage operations in terms of performance, people, quality, safety, and finances.
• Lead staff and manage contracts, SLAs and risk; ensure compliance.
