Job summary

Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead branch operations across multiple departments. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, cost control and supplier SLAs while driving process improvements and service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record in manufacturing or related sectors. A Code 08 driver's licence is mandatory and Syspro/Pastel experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior management role.
• Strong experience in operations, warehouse, staff and financial management.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Inventory management experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Sales and business development exposure.
• Project costing and management experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid, unendorsed Code 08 Driver’s Licence.
• Chemical Manufacturing Industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Syspro and Pastel experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and multiple departments.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, expenditure, debtors and profitability.
• Oversee monthly billing, invoicing, claims and project costing.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to client and supplier SLAs.
• Manage client relationships, service delivery and complaints.
• Oversee HR, staff performance, training, absenteeism and IR processes.
• Manage Health & Safety, risk management and legal compliance.
• Assist with quotations, sales and business development initiatives.
• Manage suppliers and monitor supplier SLA performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
• Assist with internal, external, ISO, SHE and customer audits.
• Ensure all operational licences, permits and compliance requirements are maintained.
