Job summary

The role covers Plant 2 as a satellite to Plant 1, with responsibility for production, safety, quality and cost performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have durable hands-on experience in a press shop and assembly environments.
• Experience driving productivity gains and cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills across multi-tier, shift-based org structures.
• Familiarity with tool approval and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the operational management of Plant 2 as a satellite plant to Plant 1.
• Manage all production functions to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Oversee all support functions to achieve safety, quality, production and cost targets.
• Drive shop-floor management routines essential to a press shop's success.
• Ensure adequate resources are available to meet production needs.
• Manage the performance and development of subordinates.
