Job summary

StaffSelect | IT Select Recruitment in Cape Town seeks a Senior Integrations and Operations Lead to own the integration portfolio from early assessment to BAU handover. You will liaise with UK stakeholders, coordinate marketing, change, logistics and sites, and deliver with speed and accuracy.

The role combines diligence, hands-on delivery and executive reporting, with direct access to the COO and exposure to a fast-paced acquisition programme. Remote-capable, Cape Town based.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex integration programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with fixed dates.
• Experience due diligence and documenting risks, assumptions and costs.
• Knowledge of marketing operations and communications for coordinating UK activities.
• Strong facilitation, dependency management, reporting and process design.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master integration portfolio, stage gates, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks and executive reporting.
• Run deal mobilisation, weekly workstream meetings, cutover command meetings, hypercare reviews and formal handover sessions.
• Perform operational diligence: locations, leases and facilities dependencies; suppliers; insurance; records; workflow; client administration; business continuity; governance; operational policies and local practices.
• Own the integration complexity assessment and consolidate functional findings into a single recommendation for the COO.
• Coordinate marketing and change delivery: brand transition, websites and listings, client/staff communications, signage, collateral, events, contact/data transfers, campaign pauses and launch logistics.
• Plan Day 1 readiness, office logistics, travel, equipment dependencies, welcome/onboarding arrangements and local implementation support.
• Define BAU acceptance criteria, obtain sign-off and maintain the integration playbook, templates and lessons learned.
