Job summary

TotalEnergies Renewables Southern Africa seeks a seasoned Planning & Scheduling professional to lead project control for large PV and wind initiatives. You will develop WBS, schedules, and KPIs, coordinate with EPC contractors, and support the financial team on milestones and payments.

Willingness to be on site during construction is required. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 5 years in planning and scheduling for major renewables projects, with EPC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering is highly recommended.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Planning and Scheduling of large projects, PV and Wind.
• Experience on the EPC side is mandatory; Project Developer/Owner experience is welcome.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; familiarity with eDMS and Office tools.
• Willingness to be located at the construction site during the period.

Responsibilities

• Detailed analysis and implementation of the PPA and EPC Contracts across planning and reporting.
• Developing Projects WBS and Schedules; maintain project schedule with EPC Contractor.
• Support financial team on milestone payments and schedule-based statuses.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Economic Development; provide inputs for planning.
• Monitor and report project health, risks, and KPI milestones with Project Director.
