Placements24 is seeking experienced Senior Wind Turbine Technicians for a challenging offshore contract near Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on large offshore wind turbines, ensuring safety and reliability in demanding conditions.

The role requires NQF Level 4/5 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics, 5 years of turbine experience with at least 2 offshore, and valid offshore safety certifications. Accommodation, meals, and travel are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Wind Turbine Technician experience.
• 2 years offshore experience preferred.
• NQF 4/5 in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics; offshore certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine offshore wind turbine maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical and hydraulic faults.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
