Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with an insurance qualification or equivalent.
• 4–5 years in a short-term claims environment (commercial/personal).
• Experience with house contents, personal all risk, and high-value claims.
• Knowledge of personal line policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary claims expert for high-net-worth clients from notification to settlement.
• Deliver high-touch service with insureds, brokers, exec stakeholders.
• Assess, quantify, negotiate high-value losses with sound judgement.
• Use digital tools and data insights to enhance outcomes.
• Identify fraud and loss recovery opportunities; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with external experts and authorities for robust decisions.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.
• Represent the executive brand with service excellence in HNW segment.
