Job summary

Parvana in Cape Town is seeking a Level 3 Cybersecurity Engineer to support sales scoping, design tailored network security solutions, and act as technical champion for Netskope and related platforms. You will work with vendors, manage incidents, and mentor teammates.

You’ll configure Netskope, Zscaler, and Palo Alto Prisma Access, tune CrowdStrike or SentinelOne, integrate SIEM/SOAR, and ensure DMARC/DKIM/SPF in email security.

Qualifications

• Experience as Level 3 Engineer with security platform config expertise.
• Proven ability to support sales with scoping and architecture.
• Strong vendor management and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales with technical scoping, solution design, and client presentations.
• Act as technical champion for Netskope and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting SLAs.
• Manage Netskope SSE modules: NG-SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP.
• Deploy and tune CrowdStrike and Mimecast integrations into SIEM/SOAR.
• Administer email security protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) and firewall/VPN controls.
• Lead incident root-cause analysis and support SOC teams.
