Job summary

Games Global seeks a Senior .NET Developer to build backend services in .NET, with hands-on work on the React/TypeScript frontend. You will own features end-to-end, from design to testing, deployment, and production support, in a Kanban-driven team.

You will help identify performance bottlenecks, mentor juniors, and shape the architecture while continuously improving the team's processes and code quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production software, preferably in .NET.
• Strong ownership: design, test, ship, and support in production.
• Ability to mentor juniors and influence architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services in .NET, and get your hands into the React/TypeScript front end too.
• Own your work end to end: design it, test it, ship it, and support it in production.
• Work in a Kanban team where the board reflects reality, not theatre
• Spot the thing that's slow, clunky, or held together with duct tape, and fix it. We'll back you.
