Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (BackEnd) to advance backend systems using .NET technologies. You will collaborate with frontend engineers and other teams to deliver scalable, robust services, design database schemas, and ensure quality through SDLC documentation and testing.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, strong C#, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs, and ORM tools like Entity Framework or Dapper, with a solid grasp of architectural patterns and Agile workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in software development, backend focus.
• Strong knowledge of .NET/ASP.NET and relational databases.
• Experience with REST, gRPC or GraphQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis and translate to technical design.
• Compile and analyze data to troubleshoot issues and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and other teams to build cohesive, scalable backend services.
• Write clean, scalable code using the .NET framework and design robust database structures.
• Test and deploy applications, refactor and improve existing software.
