Job summary

Vista Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer – Team Lead to guide a talented team building cinema websites. You’ll split time 30% back-end and 70% front-end, working with React, TypeScript, .NET, and REST APIs to own features and projects.

You will mentor engineers, run code reviews, and drive continuous improvement within an Agile SDLC. Collaboration with Product Owners and Engineers is key for delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' web full stack development experience in commercial/ecommerce settings.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching software engineers.
• Strong React, JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript, SCSS/CSS & ES6 skills.
• Strong C#, ASP.Net MVC, ReactJs, with Angular exposure a plus.
• Advanced web development including REST API design/integration, AJAX, SPA, SEO, cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with CMS Umbraco preferred and Windows Server / IIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional development team through planning and delivery.
• Develop and maintain frontend and backend features with high quality code.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers to shape product direction.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated tests to ensure reliability.
• Provide day-to-day people leadership, coaching, and career development.
