Job summary

Games Global seeks a Senior .NET Developer to build backend services in .NET, with hands-on work on the React/TypeScript frontend. You will own features end-to-end, from design to testing, deployment, and production support, in a Kanban-driven team.

You will help identify performance bottlenecks, mentor juniors, and shape the architecture while continuously improving the team's processes and code quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production software, preferably in .NET.
• Strong ownership: design, test, ship, and support in production.
• Ability to mentor juniors and influence architecture.

Senior .NET Developer | Build the tech behind games played worldwide

Some developers want to build another CRUD app for a company nobody's heard of. This isn't for them.

At Games Global, our software tools allow us to build games played by millions of players across +40 regulated jurisdictions across the world. It has to be fast, reliable, and adaptive in some of the most competitive markets on the planet. That's a hard problem, and we like it that way.

What you'll actually do

• Build and evolve backend services in .NET, and get your hands into the React/TypeScript front end too
• Own your work end to end: design it, test it, ship it, and support it in production
• Work in a Kanban team where the board reflects reality, not theatre
• Spot the thing that's slow, clunky, or held together with duct tape, and fix it. We'll back you.

You'll fit right in if you

• Have around 7+ years building production software, ideally in .NET
• Care about why you're building something, not just what
• Write tests because you've been burned before, not because someone told you to
• Give honest code reviews and take them well
• Are ready to be the technical anchor of the team: you guide and grow junior developers, shape the team's architecture, step in when the hard problems land, and keep improving how the team works
