Job summary

Sibanye Stillwater is seeking a candidate to contribute to Mine Technical Services through effective information system coordination, maintenance and integration.

The role focuses on coordinating reporting systems, implementing standards and protecting data, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental and SHE guidelines. A strong background in technical services support is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have NQF4 (Grade 12) with Maths and Science.
• Advance Valuation or Advance Survey qualifications are required.
• Experience in a technical services support environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information systems and ensure effective reporting structures.
• Develop guidelines aligned with the Integration strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate, integrate and maintain reporting system applications for functionality.
• Implement systems, policies and procedures to standardise reporting practices.
• Design feedback channels to safeguard information and enable stakeholder distribution.
• Oversee system performance, maintenance and data integrity.
• Report system failures and conduct trend analysis to identify risks.
• Identify training needs and support capability development.
• Maintain data protection and system security across stakeholders.
• Support system integration, optimisation and design improvements.
• Collaborate with external providers on reporting tools.
