Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Social Science/ Economics/ Data Information or equivalent qualification.
• Have relevant experience of at least 5 years related to information management.
• Be able to manage information and package information in specific formats.
• Have a Grade A registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) or obtained within 3 months.
• Have awareness of customer service and apply the skills of customer care in a specific work environment.
• Have report writing and computer skills.
• Be able to implement policies and processes.
• Be able to apply the organisation's code of conduct in a work environment.
• Be able to apply the principles of corporate governance and ethics in a function.
• Be able to apply problem-solving techniques.
• Be able to apply research techniques to analyse and interpret data.
• Have a clear security screening record.
• Have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist by contributing intelligence analysis and concepts.
• Assist in the coordination of major case investigations to ensure accountability, quality control, and timely completion of projects and cases.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external groups and individuals to provide analytical assistance, collect and disseminate intelligence data, and share resources.
• Collect and compile information and statistics to generate intelligence data for support in investigations through personal contact, reading, and documentation of various intelligence, analytical, and administrative information.
• Organise and maintain sensitive, non-sensitive, and opensource case data and files into a logical, concise, and understandable order for retrieval if further analysis is needed.
• Research, analyse, evaluate, and correlate information to determine source reliability, accuracy, and integrity; develop investigative leads and links; and distinguish patterns and trends.
• Produce and analyse intelligence reports threats, and vulnerabilities.
• To use new analysis strategies & analysis methods to enhance the quality of analysis.
• To guide and direct investigations on priority information requirements.
• Collect information from multiple sources relevant to SSW and integrate the information into analysis products.
• To analyse all information focusing on priority risks and threats.
