The role requires 7+ years of motion graphics experience, expert After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D and the full Adobe suite. You’ll collaborate with marketing and production, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact visuals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in design or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of motion graphics design and animation experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience leading design projects or teams.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe suite and 3D software.
• Strong storytelling, typography and color theory skills.
• Experience with 2D/3D animation and project timelines.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize and develop motion graphics and animation sequences for campaigns and videos.
• Direct and mentor a team of junior motion graphics designers.
• Oversee the animation pipeline from storyboard to final render.
• Collaborate with directors and marketing to translate concepts into visuals.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistent identity.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and budget requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software updates.
• Organize assets and files for workflow efficiency.
• Perform video editing, compositing and color correction as needed.
