Placements24 is partnering with a dynamic award-winning advertising agency in Cape Town, seeking a Lead Motion Graphics Designer. You will lead the motion graphics team, shape campaigns across digital, broadcast, and social media, and drive creative storytelling with top-tier visual effects.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, expert Adobe suite skills, and a portfolio showing exceptional advertising work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in motion graphics; at least 2 in a leadership/senior role.
• Strong portfolio in advertising/branding motion graphics.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

• Lead the creative direction and execution of motion graphics from concept to final delivery.
• Develop visually stunning animations, explainers, kinetic typography, and branding assets.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and account managers on briefs and objectives.
