Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of motion graphics projects from brief to final delivery.


• Direct and mentor a team of motion graphics designers, providing creative guidance and feedback.


• Design and animate graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects for various media.


• Collaborate with art directors, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and creative goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with proven experience in a lead or supervisory role.


• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of high-quality motion graphics work across different platforms.


• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant design and animation software.


• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.


• Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques.
