The role requires 7+ years of motion graphics experience, expert After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D and the full Adobe suite. You’ll collaborate with marketing and production, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in design or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of motion graphics design and animation experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience leading design projects or teams.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe suite and 3D software.

• Experience with 2D/3D animation and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative motion graphics and animation sequences for marketing campaigns, social media, explainer videos, and corporate presentations.

• Oversee the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and asset creation to final rendering and delivery.
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and marketing teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visual narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in motion graphics design and animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative and technical skills.
• Proven experience leading design projects or teams.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software), and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques.
