Based in a vibrant Cape Town studio, you will stay ahead of industry trends, manage client expectations, maintain schedules and budgets, and translate brands into dynamic visual narratives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading motion graphics teams in an agency or studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation, VFX, and storytelling across media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of motion graphics projects from brief to final delivery.
• Direct and mentor a team of motion graphics designers, animators, and VFX artists.
• Develop visual narratives translating brand identities into animated content.
• Oversee production, delivering on time, within budget, to high creative standards.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and account managers to align with client objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies.
• Manage client relationships and present creative concepts effectively.
