Job summary

mothers2mothers seeks a Senior SI Officer to support monitoring, evaluation, data quality and reporting across its portfolio. You will follow the M&E framework, produce clear reports for stakeholders, and escalate systemic issues to the Strategic Information Advisor.

The role is delivery-focused, with no supervisory responsibilities, and requires aligning with donor reporting standards for multiple awards and complex calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, social sciences or related field.
• At least four years in M&E roles in health or development, including donor reporting.
• Experience handling multiple reporting regimes for large and small awards.
• Able to explain programme data clearly to non-specialists in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine monitoring, evaluation, data quality and reporting across the portfolio.
• Apply standards and escalate systemic issues through the Strategic Information Advisor.
• Maintain reporting calendars and ensure timely donor reports to standard.
