Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning methods and related algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy advanced ML models and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define ML requirements.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization.
• Implement and manage ML deployment pipelines with scalability and reliability.
• Monitor model performance in production and plan retraining as needed.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to technical strategy.
• Document ML models, processes, and best practices.
• Write clean, tested code in Python or other relevant languages.
