Placements24 is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a fully remote AI research team. You will design, train, and deploy robust ML models and data pipelines, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to scale ML in production.

The role emphasizes MLOps, experimentation, and staying current with deep learning advancements, while contributing to the company's AI roadmap and strategic vision.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement ML models and algorithms for various applications.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Optimize model performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Conduct thorough model evaluation, validation, and A/B testing.
• Implement MLOps practices for CI/CD of ML models.
• Research and stay updated with ML/deep learning advancements.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in ML systems.
• Contribute to the company's AI strategy and roadmap.
• Document models, experiments, and deployment processes.
