Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specialized in Cloud AI Platforms for a fully remote role. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models and infrastructure across major cloud providers, with a focus on MLOps, CI/CD, and production readiness.

The position involves collaborating with a distributed team to deliver high-impact AI services. You should have 5+ years in ML engineering, strong Python and ML library skills, and hands-on experience with Docker,

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering with cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Extensive experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Develop and optimize ML models for performance and efficiency.
• Implement MLOps for CI/CD and model monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to productionize models.
• Automate ML workflows from data ingestion to deployment.
• Ensure security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud-based AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot production ML systems.
• Contribute to roadmaps for cloud AI initiatives.
• Champion best practices for cloud ML development and deployment in remote teams.
