Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrated mining systems, encompassing areas such as fleet management, dispatch, operational monitoring, and automation.
• Analyze existing mining operations to identify opportunities for improvement through technology adoption and process optimization.
• Oversee the integration of various mining hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful system deployment and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience with mine fleet management systems (e.g., CAT MineStar, Hexagon), dispatch systems, and production monitoring software.
• Solid understanding of automation technologies, sensor integration, and data acquisition in a mining context.
• Proficiency in system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Willingness to travel to mine sites occasionally as needed.
