Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Geology.
- 8+ years of mining geology experience focused on exploration and resource evaluation.
- Proficiency in geological software Leapfrog, Vulcan and Surpac.
- Experience in ore body modeling and geostatistics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed geological surveys and data analysis.
- Lead resource and reserve estimations using standard software.
- Supervise drilling programs and core logging for data quality.
- Collaborate with mine planning to translate geological insights into plans.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management.
- Mentor junior geologists and promote best practices within the team.
