Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Geology or related earth science field.
- 8+ years in mineral exploration geology, with mining focus.
- Proficiency with geological modeling software and GIS.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise geological field programs including mapping, sampling and drilling.
- Interpret and model geological data from multiple sources including borehole logs.
- Identify and evaluate mineral resources and their economic viability.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize exploration strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all exploration activities.
