Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed geological mapping and data analysis to define ore body characteristics.
• Perform resource and reserve estimations using industry-standard software and methodologies.

• Collaborate with mine planning and production teams to integrate geological insights into operational strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mining geology , with a strong focus on exploration and resource evaluation.
• Proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan, Surpac).
• Proven experience in ore body modeling and geostatistical analysis.
• Excellent understanding of various mining methods and their geological implications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
