Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive mineral processing operations experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/management role within mining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mineral processing plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Lead and develop process engineering and operations teams for safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage operating budget and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and metallurgy departments.
• Drive process improvements to enhance recovery, reduce reagent use and improve efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
