The candidate should have 7+ years in mine geology, expertise in geostatistical methods, and experience with Leapfrog Geo, Vulcan or Micromine. Preference for candidates with precious metal mining exposure and familiarity with JORC/NI 43-101 standards.

About the Role

Our client, a significant entity within the global Mining industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mine Geologist to join their exploration and resource development team in Rustenburg, North West, ZA . This role is critical for the accurate estimation and reporting of mineral resources, underpinning strategic mine planning and investment decisions. The Senior Mine Geologist will be responsible for interpreting geological data, developing geological models, and applying advanced geostatistical techniques. We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of geological principles, mineralization controls, and resource estimation best practices, particularly within gold or platinum group metals (PGMs) contexts prevalent in Rustenburg, North West, ZA . Key Responsibilities
