About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mine Geologist specializing in Resource Estimation to join their team in Kimberley . This role is critical for accurately defining and quantifying mineral resources, which forms the foundation for mine planning and economic evaluation. You will utilize advanced geological modeling and statistical techniques to interpret exploration data and produce robust resource models. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding exploration strategies and contributing to the long-term success of the company's mining assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate geological models and wireframes for resource estimation.
• Perform geostatistical analysis and resource modeling using industry-standard software.
• Conduct geological data validation, quality control, and interpretation.
• Prepare detailed resource and reserve reports in compliance with industry standards (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
• Collaborate closely with mine planning engineers and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration of resource models.
• Provide geological expertise to support exploration targeting and drilling programs.

Requirements
