Job summary

Elchemie is seeking an experienced CCTV Control Room supervisor to oversee live monitoring across the mine and facilities. You will detect and escalate security incidents, review footage for investigations, and compile detailed incident reports with actionable recommendations.

The role requires PSIRA Grade A, HIK Central expertise, and strong English communication. You will lead a shift team, ensure safety protocols, and support access control as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV control rooms with supervisory duties.
• PSIRA Grade A registration mandatory; training on HIK Central platform.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate the control room with live CCTV monitoring.
• Detect, evaluate, and escalate security incidents, safety breaches, or disruptions.
• Review recorded CCTV footage for investigations and assessments.
• Compile incident reports with findings and recommended actions.
• Operate and maintain HIK Central CCTV systems.
• Lead and support the control room team, including shift handovers and debriefs.
• Support access control monitoring when required.
• Ensure adherence to site safety, OHS, and compliance protocols.
