Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience supporting medium to large environments (500+ users).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support.
