THE/STUDIO is hiring a fully remote, independent contractor to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta. You will structure accounts, run tests, and translate insights into revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Managed $50k+ monthly on Google Ads with automated bidding.
• Built a Meta account from scratch.
• Strong unit economics and CAC mindset.
• Experience across multiple countries is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Run and grow Google Ads accounts (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube).
• Design Meta structure, testing framework, and creative production pipeline.
• Mine audiences and insights from customer data and reviews.
• Develop and test creative concepts based on customer insights.
• Produce AI-driven creatives and brief designers as needed.
• Monitor unit economics; set bids, budgets, and targets accordingly.
• Plan and run incrementality tests and attribution holdouts.
• Track conversions across GA4/GTM/CAPI and ensure accuracy.
• Test new channels with clear launch plans and ROI tracking.
• Provide weekly reporting on spend, CAC, and revenue by channel.
