Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or team lead role.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and managing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and market dynamics within the territory.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities
