Placements24 is seeking a Senior Media Strategist for a hybrid role based in Midrand, Gauteng. You will lead development and execution of media strategies across traditional and digital channels, manage budgets, and build strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in media strategy, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the South Africa media landscape. This role offers remote flexibility with in-office collaboration in Midrand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years in media strategy, planning, or buying, preferably in an agency.
• Proven experience in developing and executing media campaigns across platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent understanding of the South Africa media landscape.
• Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
