Job summary

Network Finance in Randburg is seeking a skilled Draughtsman for mineral processing projects. You will produce detailed fabrication drawings, develop accurate 3D models, and translate process concepts into practical engineering solutions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and project teams, ensuring designs meet specifications and quality standards, and managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' draughting experience in mineral processing or mining.
• Proven experience with thickeners, linear screens, and flocculant plants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and Autodesk Inventor.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' draughting experience within the mineral processing or mining industry

• Strong understanding of:
  • Structural steel detailing
  • Welding symbols
  • Sheet metal development
  • Slurry handling piping specifications
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and Autodesk Inventor
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Design or a related field
• Valid driver's licence and own transport
