Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years in project engineering or management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate the work of internal engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and challenges.
• Communicate project progress, status, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management in Richards Bay.
