Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering with reliability/asset management focus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and condition monitoring techniques.
• Experience with CMMS and reliability analysis software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize reliability and lifespan.
• Perform FMEA and RCA for critical mechanical equipment.
• Use condition monitoring techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) to predict and prevent failures.
• Optimize maintenance schedules and spare parts management to reduce costs and improve uptime.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on upgrades and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations related to asset integrity.
