Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with 12–15 years in mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial projects. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive EPCM project delivery on large greenfield and brownfield initiatives.

This role requires international travel, including site visits to Zimbabwe, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Pr Eng/ECSA registration or eligibility would be highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng) or eligible to obtain registration would be highly advantageous.
• 12–15 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Extensive experience within mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial projects.
• Significant EPCM project delivery experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven experience on large greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Extensive construction, commissioning and operational readiness experience.
• Strong vendor management and contractor management experience.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Site travel to Zimbabwe will be required periodically based on project requirements.
• This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
