Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum several years of mechanical design experience with industrial machinery or complex electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and FEA tools, plus awareness of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of new industrial equipment from concept to production.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks or similar.
• Perform stress, vibration and thermal analyses with FEA tools.
• Select materials and components considering cost and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure feasible and cost-effective designs.
• Create and maintain BOMs and technical documentation.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues during prototyping and production phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
