Resources Partners Pty Ltd is looking for a Senior Executive to lead the Measurement Solutions business across Southern Africa, guiding sales, product management, technical support and service functions to deliver engineered measurement solutions.

The ideal candidate will blend strong technical application knowledge with commercial acumen, and a proven track record in growing a business through strategic leadership of cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in measurement, instrumentation or process automation sales.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of measurement technologies and their industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans for Southern Africa.
• Lead sales, technical support, engineering and service functions.
• Manage product portfolio, pricing and market development.
• Drive major project pursuits, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Coach and develop sales, technical and service teams.
• Monitor performance, forecasting and financial outcomes.
