Job summary

M&G Investments Southern Africa in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function across design, content, digital and events, and to drive initiatives that support growth and brand integrity. You will work in a matrix structure, manage a team, and partner with investment and distribution teams to align strategy with regulatory standards and client engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification preferred.
10+ years’ experience in marketing within financial services with investment management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy to support business growth and strengthen market positioning.
Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team across design, content, digital, and events.
Oversee development of high-quality marketing collateral in line with global brand guidelines.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events channels.
Manage PR and media relationships and internal communications to align with brand initiatives.
